Diana is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at McMaster University. Her research interests include occupational health and well-being, emotional labour, social psychology and social research methods. Her dissertation examines the health penalties associated with emotionally demanding occupations across different social status groups and individuals in resource-deprived work contexts.
